You can learn more at www.powill.com . This position is for either CNC Milling Machine Operator or CNC Lathe Machine Operator or CNC Gun Drill Operator . The successful candidate will be responsible for the set up and operation of the multi-axis computer control machines, as well as inspecting their own parts. All CNC Machinists with a minimum of 2-year experience is encouraged to apply. Candidates with setup experience will be given advantaged consideration. Education and/or
Experience:
Minimum of two-year experience in Manufacturing with a Quality System (AS9100 / ISO9001). Thorough knowledge and experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Blueprint Call outs, either from formal training or on the job experience.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to industry safety standards. Set-up and operate CNC Milling or CNC Lathe, or CNC Gun Drill. Inspect Product while practicing quality assurance procedures. Perform in-process inspection as required to ensure 100% quality product. Manage tooling life, make adjustments, change offsets, and modify programs as needed. Retrieve appropriate tools from tool crib to complete job. Meet schedules and maintain quality standards.
