• 20 % Shift differential Basic Qualifications Prior experience operating a CNC Mill or Lathe, Aerospace or Defense products preferred Data Analysis Good Organizational Skills Use of Microsoft Office Knowledge of basic hand tools Ability to understand machining processes Understand basic information in drawings and tool descriptions

Preferred Skills:

Self-motivated to execute plans as directed by supervisor Able to clearly communicate any issues to other team members Critical thinking, problem solving Demonstrate excellent attendance

Requirements:

Ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, squat, sit and/or walk the majority of the shift Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted CMI Group is an ITAR regulated facility.
