Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed) About the Role Adecco is assisting an established manufacturing client in recruiting for a CNC Programmer/Machine Operator . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC professional who has strong programming and machining skills and is committed to producing quality precision parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience programming and operating CNC vertical mills and CNC lathes, interpreting technical drawings, performing quality inspections, and optimizing machining processes. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate various CNC Vertical Mills and CNC Lathes. Develop and modify CNC programs using Mastercam, including 5-axis programming applications. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Perform machine setup, tool changes, and program adjustments to ensure product quality and efficiency. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools. Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain specifications and tolerances. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of experience operating and programming CNC Vertical Mills and CNC Lathes. Experience with Mastercam 5-axis programming . Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. Experience using manual inspection tools, including: Micrometers Calipers Gauges and other precision measuring equipment Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience machining quartz materials . Knowledge and experience with Mitsubishi and/or TRUMPF laser cutters . Experience with TRUMPF TruCell programming . Experience working in a precision manufacturing environment.
