Inc. is a manufacturing company specializing in high precision gear components for the Aerospace, Defense and Energy industries.
Available Position:
CNC Lathe and Mill Operator. This is a direct hire position with no employment agency involvement. Candidate will be tasked with running production of machined parts, maintaining a set cycle time and quality requirements. Full-time position, 4-day, 40 hrs. weekly scheduled 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Mon. - Thu. Overtime will be available as required.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a
JOB SHOP
environment Operating CNC Lathes and Mills at a proficient level. Must have the ability to change and touch off tools, as needed during the production run. Proficient knowledge in tool and machine offsetting is required. Must be familiar with FANUC and Haas controls. Must be able to work in a fast-paced job shop maintaining a very high-quality level of parts with tolerances of +/-.0005" daily. Knowledge and ability to change tools, before they break or wear out. Knowledge and ability to check parts using all standard measuring tools is a requirement. Must be capable but not limited to lifting 30 lb., if necessary, throughout the working shift while on the job. Must be capable of standing for entire working shift while on the job. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not necessary Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be eligible to legally work in the United States of America.
