Your shift begins—either early morning or early swing—and you take ownership of multiple multi-axis mills and lathes. You confirm tool offsets, stay alert to wear, execute changeovers, and keep parts flowing. Between cycles, you inspect features against GD&T callouts using precision hand metrology, keep an eye on surface finish, and use your understanding of G-code to ensure programs run as intended. When something's off, your troubleshooting instincts kick in. Compensation:
$32/hr to $42/hr based on skill
Schedules:
1st Shift (5:00am-1:30pm) or Early Swing (1:30pm-10:00pm) with 10% differential
Workload:
