$22.00 Express Employment Professionals of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking an experienced Laser / CNC Operator for a metal fabrication company in Ontario, CA . This position requires hands-on experience operating CNC laser cutting machines or turret presses, including machine setup, blueprint reading, and producing metal parts to specification. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate a Bystronic laser cutting machine . Cut metal sheets according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications. Operate CNC turret presses or laser equipment safely and efficiently. Load programs, select materials, and adjust machine settings as needed. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Inspect completed parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality. Monitor equipment during production and make necessary adjustments. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Qualifications Prior hands-on experience operating CNC turret presses or laser cutting machines is required. Experience setting up and running a Bystronic laser strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience cutting sheet metal to precise specifications. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and meet production requirements. Must pass a drug screening and background check .
