It requires basic computer skills and the ability to learn the programs used to run the machine, along with basic mechanical skill for maintaining equipment and making routine changes to cutters, markers, and other tooling. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail are essential.

Requirements:

What You Bring Experience working on a robot/CNC machine is desirable Working knowledge of safe woodworking techniques and tooling Comfort with tools including saw, sander, router, grinder, and battery power drills Good verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities Ability to sit, stand, reach, and carry as needed for a full shift (8-10 hours) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Self-motivated with a positive, solution-seeking attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Consistent, reliable attendance and a commitment to a set work schedule

Salary Range:

CNC Operator $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
