Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes to produce precision parts.Machines include:
OkumaTURN T, TURN
TM, and Turn LT series. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part quality. Inspect parts using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges). Maintain machine cleanliness, document production, and follow safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience operating CNC lathes, preferably on multi-axis machines. Ability to read blueprints and G-code; basic program editing preferred. Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.Note:
