Job Description

CNC Operator Machinist who will be responsible for and operating CNC machines and manual equipment to produce precision parts according to specifications. The position will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of our machining processes.
Desire work schedule:
Monday- Friday 5AM - 1:30
PM Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency :
Operate CNC machines and manual equipment to produce parts efficiently while maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets.
Quality Control :
Perform in-process inspections and measurements using precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions and ensure compliance with ISO/AS quality standards.
Tooling Maintenance :
Monitor tool wear and performance during machining operations. Replace worn or damaged cutting tools as needed to maintain optimal cutting conditions
Workplace Safety :
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and others. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards associated with machining operations.
Collaboration :
Coordinate with other team members, including machinists and supervisors, to optimize production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
