Aerospace Manufacturing Opportunities Danbury & Bethel, CT Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunities | Multiple Openings | Growing Aerospace Manufacturer A leading aerospace manufacturing company with facilities in the Danbury and Bethel, CT area is expanding and seeking motivated manufacturing professionals to join their team. These are long-term positions offering stable employment, growth opportunities, overtime potential, and a clean, safety-focused production environment. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on aerospace components Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, and CMM equipment Verify product conformity to customer and aerospace quality standards Document inspection results and maintain quality records Identify and report non-conforming materials and products
Qualifications:
Previous quality inspection experience in manufacturing required Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Press Set-Up Technician Responsibilities:
Set up and troubleshoot stamping and punch press equipment Perform tooling changeovers and machine adjustments Verify production runs meet quality and productivity standards Conduct preventative maintenance and basic repairs Work closely with production and quality teams to minimize downtime
Qualifications:
Previous press setup experience required Ability to read mechanical drawings and setup documentation Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Experience in metal manufacturing environments preferred Laser Programmer /
Operator Responsibilities:
Program and operate CNC laser cutting equipment Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and CAD drawings Optimize programs for efficiency and material utilization Perform machine setups and adjustments Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications
Qualifications:
Experience programming and operating CNC laser equipment Knowledge of CAD/CAM software Blueprint reading skills required Manufacturing experience in sheet metal or aerospace environments preferred
Press Operators Responsibilities:
Operate punch presses, stamping presses, and related production equipment Monitor machine performance and product quality Perform routine inspections and measurements Follow production schedules and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Ability to use measuring tools Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
CNC Lathe Operators Responsibilities:
Operate CNC lathe machines producing precision aerospace components Load materials, monitor production cycles, and inspect finished parts Make tool offsets and minor adjustments as necessary Read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments Maintain quality standards throughout production
Qualifications:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
