is looking for an experienced CNC Millwork Programmer / Operator to join our custom manufacturing team in Denver. This is more than a machine operator position. We're looking for someone who understands CNC woodworking and can help own the process—from reading drawings and selecting tooling to programming, setup, production, and troubleshooting. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and program CNC equipment for custom millwork Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs and toolpaths Read engineering drawings and shop drawings Determine proper tooling, feed rates, spindle speeds, and cutting strategies Optimize nesting and material utilization Troubleshoot programs, tooling, cut quality, and machine issues Perform first-piece inspections and verify dimensional accuracy Help develop and improve CNC routings, setup standards, and manufacturing processes Reduce scrap, setup time, cycle time, and rework What We're Looking For CNC router or woodworking CNC experience CNC programming and setup experience strongly preferred Knowledge of feeds and speeds, tooling, nesting, and toolpaths Experience with millwork, cabinetry, casework, woodworking, or custom manufacturing Ability to read drawings and dimensional specifications Experience with Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, AlphaCAM, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, VCarve, or similar CAD/CAM software is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Why BSI?
