Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Must be proficient in reading and understanding shop orders, blueprints Must be able to utilize a wide variety of gauging and maintain quality. Must have sufficient product knowledge to independently set up and operate. CNC & Manual Gear Cutting Machines. Will participate in, support and implement continuous improvement activities to eliminate waste and streamline processes to increase productivity and quality. Must perform routine maintenance on equipment and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Performs work under direct supervision. Ability to multitask if needed. Maintain cleanliness in the work area. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
JOB REQUIREMENT
High school diploma, and 0 to 2 years of experience. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Ability to understand and follow directions. Computer skills. Manual dexterity.
