We are urgently hiring expert cnc machine operators / cnc operators. If you are seeking premium pay and flexible schedule in a high-tech manufacturing environment, today.

Your responsibilities

• Program setup: accurately set up cnc machines by loading programs, installing and aligning fixtures, and setting tool offsets (length, diameter) for production runs
• Tooling management: select and install correct cutting tools (end mills, drills, taps) into the cnc machine turret or tool changer, managing wear and replacement
• Peration and monitoring: competently operate the cnc machine, monitoring feeds, speeds, and coolant flow to ensure optimal metal removal and surface finish
• Quality control: perform meticulous first-piece and in-process inspections using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges) to verify parts meet strict tolerance requirements

diagnose and resolve basic machine alarms, program errors, or quality issues, making necessary offset adjustments during the run.
