This opportunity is ideal for machinists with Swiss or multi-axis lathe experience seeking long-term growth in a modern manufacturing environment.

Axis Machines What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC lathes and Swiss machines. Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Monitor production to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Conduct in-process and final inspections. Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Previous CNC lathe or Swiss machining experience required. Strong understanding of turning operations and tight tolerances. Knowledge of G & M code preferred. Experience editing programs offline is a plus. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Reliable attendance and strong communication skills. High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
