CNC Mill Operators Temp Experts Clearwater, FL Job Details Temp-to-hire 7 hours ago Qualifications Milling machines Full Job Description CNC Mill Operators (2nd & 3rd Shift) Clearwater, FL Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Pay based on experience and shift A rapidly growing manufacturing organization in Clearwater is seeking experienced CNC Mill Operators to join their team across multiple shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled machinists looking for long-term stability, career growth, and hands-on work with advanced CNC milling equipment.
Machines You May Work With:
HAAS CNC
Mills Yang CNC Machines Multi-axis CNC machining centers
What You'll Do:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines. Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Verify dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Inspect finished components to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met. Troubleshoot machining or tooling issues as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all production and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Previous CNC mill operation experience required. Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills. Experience with precision measuring equipment. Knowledge of G & M code preferred. Ability to edit programs offline is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude. High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
