We are seeking a reliable CNC Router Operator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for operating CNC router equipment to cut and fabricate materials used in the production of woodworking products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing/ fabrication environment and demonstrate team work, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor shop environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (40+ hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC router machine to cut and shape materials according to specs Load and unload materials onto the machine Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and production drawings Set up machine tooling, fixtures, and adjust programs as needed Assist with monthly inventory counts company wide Work collaboratively with team to meet daily output goals

Qualifications:

Previous CNC router experience preferred Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and work orders Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Ability to work in non climate controlled evironments Ability to pass a pre employment drug and background screen Pay range: $21.00-$24.00/hr
