Our expanding production facility is looking for a reliable and talented Ganesh Swiss Lathe Operator. We are looking for individuals who possess technical proficiency with Ganesh equipment, the ability to decipher complex blueprints, and practical experience with precision instrumentation. We value candidates who demonstrate mechanical skill, maintain excellent attendance, and prioritize safety while delivering high-quality components. Working Hours Initial Training Period (1st Shift): Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Permanent Schedule (2nd Shift): Monday through Friday, 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM.

Note:

All new hires must be available to complete their initial training on the 1st shift prior to moving into their permanent 2nd shift role. Core Duties Configure and run Ganesh Swiss Lathe machinery. Analyze and translate technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Utilize precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and various gauges. Verify that finished components adhere to all dimensional and quality specifications to ensure customer satisfaction. Manufacture superior parts by maintaining a high level of precision. Perform necessary machine modifications to uphold accuracy and quality standards. Help maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment for the entire team. Adhere strictly to all established production, quality, and safety protocols. Contribute to team success by meeting production quotas while upholding quality benchmarks. Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to resolve production or quality concerns efficiently. Qualifications Proven background in the operation of Ganesh Swiss Lathes. Proficiency in interpreting and applying blueprint specifications. Practical expertise using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and related measurement devices. Commitment to excellence by ensuring every part meets quality standards. Strong mechanical inclination and a desire to expand your skill set. A proactive mindset and a dedicated work ethic. Consistent and dependable attendance record. Ability to uphold all safety and production guidelines to protect the workplace. Strict adherence to the policy prohibiting cell phone usage on the production floor. Language Accessibility English proficiency is not a requirement for this role.
