  • Job Summary
  • We're looking for a CNC Mill Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up, loading, and unloading tooling; measuring and verifying tools; and selecting the right tooling and settings for a variety of materials. The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC milling experience and can adapt easily to shifting priorities and project types.
  • Responsibilities
  • Load and unload materials onto CNC spoil boards Load and unload CNC milling tools safely and accurately Measure tooling and verify specifications before and during production runs Select appropriate tools and settings based on material type Operate CNC mills to cut a variety of materials, including plywood, MDF, aluminum, ACM, PVC, acrylic, and polycarbonate Maintain quality and consistency across production runs Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job status and material needs Adapt to changing priorities across different event types and project timelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area•Requirements•Prior experience operating CNC milling machines Working knowledge of tooling selection for different material types Comfortable working in an industrial/shop environment Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Solid math skills (measurements, conversions, basic calculations) English fluency required Reliable, punctual, and able to work occasional weekends Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

  • Experience working in a fast-paced production or event environment Willingness to learn new processes and take on varied tasks Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
