•Job Description We are seeking a CNC Brake Press Operator for an incredible career opportunity in Green Cove Springs. Overtime every week with a standard 50 hour work week!

Pay:

$20-$22/ hour Depending on Experience Weekend Shift- Friday-Monday 4am-4:30pm The press brake operator is responsible for bending and shaping metal sheets and plates to create components for these machines. They use specialized CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment to bend metal into precise shapes according to engineering blueprints.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Set Up & Operation:

Setting up the press brake machine with appropriate dies and punches, and programming the CNC controller for specific jobs.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpreting complex design drawings to determine the necessary bends, dimensions, and materials.

Precision & Quality Control:

Ensuring metal components are bent accurately, inspecting finished parts for defects, and ensuring they meet high-quality standards.

Safety Adherence:

Following strict safety protocols, as working with press brakes involves handling heavy machinery.

Maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance Qualifications /

Requirements:

Must know how to read a tape measure Previous CNC experience required Experience in manufacturing Ability to read blueprints Excellent attention to detail A stable job history Willingness to learn Reliable transportation This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
