Oliveri Millworks is a custom high-end architectural millwork operation located in West Palm Beach, FL. Oliveri manufactures a custom line of hurricane impact mahogany, steel, stainless steel, bronze windows and doors as well as interior doors. CNC Operator / Assistant Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator / Assistant to support the production of impact-rated windows and doors. This role is responsible for operating CNC machinery, assisting with material handling, and helping ensure products are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and safely. Job Description The CNC Operator / Assistant will work as part of the production team to set up, run, and support CNC equipment used in the fabrication of windows and doors. This position requires a strong focus on quality, safety, teamwork, and the ability to follow production instructions and technical specifications. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to cut, mill, drill, and process window and door components according to job specifications. Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished parts. Verify dimensions and quality of parts to ensure compliance with company standards. Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production schedules. Perform basic machine setup and assist with tool changes, adjustments, and calibration as needed. Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors. Assist production team members with general manufacturing tasks as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and quality control processes. Help meet daily production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Previous CNC, manufacturing, or machine operator experience preferred. Ability to read measurements and use basic hand tools and measuring devices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform physical production tasks.
