CNC TECHNICIAN
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled CNC T echnician for a leading manufacturing facility. If you enjoy setting up CNC machines, troubleshooting equipment, reading blueprints, and making a direct impact on product quality, this is the opportunity for you. Pay Rate $22.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 2 00 p m to 10 00 pm CNC Technician Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up and troubleshoot CNC machines to maintain production and quality standards.
  • Read blueprints and inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
  • Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine settings to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Monitor production, perform quality checks, and resolve machining issues.
  • Train and support machine operators while communicating production concerns.
  • Complete production documentation and maintain an organized work area.
  • Support safety, continuous improvement, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. CNC Technician Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent .
  • CNC setup and machining experience required .
  • Knowledge of CNC machining processes, G-Code, and M-Code functions required
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
