Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Job Summary PNK Group is looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Winder, GA . The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC equipment used in the production of metal components while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety requirements. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines according to production requirements, drawings, and specifications. Load raw materials and properly position workpieces in the machine. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Enter and adjust machine settings, offsets, speeds, and feeds as required. Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Verify dimensions and tolerances according to drawings and specifications. Identify machine or production issues and perform basic troubleshooting. Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Work closely with supervisors, quality personnel, and other production team members to meet production targets. Requirements Previous experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers. Understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and basic CNC machine settings. Ability to perform basic machine setup and adjustments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle materials and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a production team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CNC milling, drilling, cutting, or similar machining equipment. Experience working with steel or other metal components.
