We currently have an opening for an experienced CNC Horizontal Mill Operator to join our team in Urbandale IA. This position will be primarily responsible for operating the CNC Vertical Mill. You will also be trained as an operator on other CNC equipment.

Summary of duties:

Under minimal supervision: program and operate machinery to fabricate vacuum forming molds and tooling. Load and unload jigs and raw material in CNC machinery. Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements. Recognize, deploy and use: inserts, fixtures and tools. Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery. Follow established safety procedures; Read and understand blueprints. Assemble equipment; use of basic precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and comparators. Determine specifications for high precision parts.

This position requires:
