machines Read and interpret engineering blueprints Change tooling as needed to meet job specifications Perform quality inspections using micrometers and calipers Maintain consistent quality throughout extended production runs Follow safety and quality standards at all times What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience CNC Mill Operator experience (less than 3 years welcome) Ability to read and understand blueprints Hands‑on experience with micrometers and calipers Familiarity with Haas and/or OKUMA machines Preferred (Not Required) CNC programming experience (Mastercam a plus) Strong troubleshooting skills Experience with milling processes and quality inspection Why Join Our Team?
