Full job descriptionFor over 70 years, Company has been producing precision machined parts of complex geometry and material composition (basic carbon to exotics) in sizes from ½" and above in volumes of 100 - 100,000. client is a manufacturing company specializing in CNC machining, Thread and Spline rolling, Hobbing, as well as Friction Welding. We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team!CNC Machine Operator- This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Chicago Area. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, running, and monitoring CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts. Daily tasks will include interpreting blueprints and performing quality checks with precision tools, changing inserts, adjusting offsets, and handling basic maintenance/cleaning.
CNC Machine Setup Operator- This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Chicago Area. The CNC Machine Setup Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating machines. Which includes installing/uninstalling tooling, installing/uninstalling jaws, turning down jaws, touching off tools, getting first piece approval, and running machines.
