Full Job Description Description:
Kadon Precision Machining is seeking a dependable and motivated CNC Lathe Operator to join our night shift team. This position is responsible for operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining production goals, quality standards, and a safe work environment. Experience with CNC lathes is preferred. Essential Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes according to established work instructions and production schedules. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Monitor machine performance and identify quality or tooling issues. Change inserts and tooling as needed to maintain production. Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Keep work area clean and organized following 5S and safety standards. Work closely with setup machinists, supervisors, and quality personnel to ensure customer requirements are met. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience operating CNC lathes is a plus. Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
