We are a growing precision grinding company producing close-tolerance components for customers in the medical/dental, aerospace, industrial gas turbine, and industrial engine industries , along with other demanding industrial applications. Monitor part quality throughout the manufacturing process and identify potential problems before producing nonconforming parts. Maintain required production and inspection records. Meet established production rates while maintaining quality requirements. Coordinate with other operators, supervisors, inspection, and support personnel to maintain production flow. Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area. Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
