Job Description
Do you turn complex prints into flawless parts? Are GD&T callouts second nature? Do you enjoy dialing in offsets and nudging a program to squeeze out the perfect tolerance? If so, TekPro's aerospace partner wants to meet you. The mission Produce precision aerospace components by setting up and operating CNC mills or lathes, ensuring every part meets stringent quality and throughput goals. What challenges you'll tackle Set up and operate CNC equipment (milling and/or turning) in a production aerospace environment. Read blueprints with GD&T and confirm features with in‑process inspections. Apply tool offsets and make minor program edits to maintain capability and accuracy. Consistently achieve tight tolerances while keeping parts moving. What you bring Hands‑on CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe). Comfort working with aluminum, stainless, titanium, Inconel, and similar aerospace alloys. Know‑how in tooling selection, speeds/feeds optimization, and precision measurement. Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality. Machines you may operate or program Haas, DMG Mori, Okuma, Doosan, Hurco, Makino, Mori Seiki, Nakamura‑Tome, Index, Hwacheon, Gildemeister, Puma, Tsugami, Star CNC, Citizen.
