00 per hour, depending on experience CNC Operator / Part Changer 3D Graphite is looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator / Part Changer to join our production team. This position is focused on keeping CNC machines loaded and running. You will work with modern 3-axis and 5-axis Roeders and Haas machining centers, following established processes and instructions provided by our setup and programming team. What You'll Do Load and unload parts from CNC machines Change finished parts and prepare machines for the next cycle Follow established work instructions and setup documentation Start established CNC programs Monitor machines while they are running Keep machines supplied with parts and tooling as required Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections Use calipers, micrometers, and other basic measuring equipment Identify damaged tools, incorrect parts, or obvious machining issues Notify setup personnel when problems occur Operate and monitor multiple machines as trained Keep parts organized and properly identified Record production information accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Help keep machines running and minimize unnecessary downtime What We're Looking For Previous CNC or manufacturing experience preferred Experience as a CNC operator or machine operator is a plus Ability to follow written instructions and established processes Basic blueprint-reading ability is helpful Comfortable using basic measuring equipment Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance Good time-management skills Ability to stay productive while monitoring multiple machines Willingness to learn our equipment and processes Ability to work independently once trained Experience with Haas, Roeders, 5-axis machining, graphite machining, or automated manufacturing equipment is helpful but not required.
