CNC Lathe Operator :

South Beloit, IL A leading manufacturer of wire processing machinery is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join its machining team. This role offers the chance to work in a clean, modern facility with excellent benefits and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC lathes Select appropriate tooling and assemble cutting tools as needed Interpret setup sheets, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining processes Produce precision parts within required tolerances Monitor machine performance and adjust speeds, feeds, and tooling as necessary Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ensure machines operate at optimal productivity and quality levels

Skills & Experience :

Education :

HS Diploma required

Experience :

3+ years of CNC lathe experience required

Knowledge:

Mazak Machinist/Programmer Equipment required

Software:
