2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 3rd
Shift:
10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Training will take place on 1st shift for approximately 3-5 weeks before transitioning to the assigned shift. Temp-to-Hire opportunity
Pay Rate:
$21.00-$27.00/hour, based on experience + shift differential Selling Points about

CNC Machine Operator Job Description:
Set up, operate, and maintain automated CNC rotary transfer machining centers Load forgings and manufacture finished parts according to quality specifications Complete machine setups and make necessary adjustments and offsets Replace drills, tools, and other tooling as needed Perform regular quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, bore micrometers, and other gauges Utilize computer SPC software to monitor quality and production Diagnose and correct tooling and machining issues Monitor machine fluid levels and perform light daily preventative maintenance Remove and process chips and clean machines as necessary Monitor production to ensure required machining rates are achieved Accurately record daily production and report equipment or quality concerns Follow all company safety and housekeeping procedures
CNC Machine Operator Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience in close-tolerance machining OR related coursework in Precision Machine Technology or Mechanical Production Technology Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently High school diploma or equivalent Experience using precision measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and bore micrometers Computer and machine control knowledge is a plus Experience with robot-loaded equipment is a plus Ability to stand and bend frequently throughout the shift Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
