LiquidSpring LLC develops and produces next generation vehicle suspension systems for emergency vehicle, bus, and motorhome markets. Our patented next generation suspension systems replace traditional vehicle springs and shock absorbers by utilizing a compressible fluid as the spring medium along with electronic controls that provide superior, combined ride and handling performance as well as automatic vehicle leveling. The Company is seeking highly motivated individuals with strong, stand-out attributes to join our team and contribute to the growth of our products in vehicle markets. We are looking for a CNC Machinist to join our team and use your expertise to help our business grow and improve. You will be responsible for machining parts, testing products and producing prototype products. You will have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of the machining process and have an excellent understanding of the design, development, and manufacturing of metal parts.

Responsibilities:

Produce machined parts by setting up, and operating a CNC lathe & mill to meet engineering specifications and production schedules Perform first article inspections Complete in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments, engineering prints and control charts Perform needed program offsets and tool changes Generate machining programs in Mastercam Update process control documentation Clean and deburr parts as necessary Troubleshoot machine problems, as needed Perform routine machine maintenance Run multiple machines independently

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience operating CNC lathes or mills Literate in G & M code Functional in Mastercam or equivalent software Competent in the use of micrometers, bore gages, thread gages and other precision instruments Read and understand blueprints (GD&T)
