Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and be proficient in operating CNC Lathe. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints, ensuring precision and quality in all produced parts. The CNC Lathe Operator will play a crucial role in our production process, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing facility. Duties Operate CNC Lathe, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Perform CNC programming, utilizing software such as AutoCAD and CAM programming tools. Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers. Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and conducting basic repairs. Collaborate with team members on the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth workflow and timely production. Utilize hand tools and machinery such as forklifts as needed. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment within the manufacturing facility. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator. Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of CNC Lathe. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively. Experience with programmable logic controllers (MAZATROL) is a must. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control standards. Ability to work collaboratively in an assembly line setting while managing materials handling tasks.
