We are currently seeking a CNC Operator with a minimum of 1 year of work experience operating CNC equipment in a machine shop environment. This position involves operating CNC lathes and mills, monitoring part quality, and making basic adjustments during production. Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines Load tooling, fixtures, vices, and rotary tables as required Use edge finders, probes, and tool setters Load and unload parts and materials Inspect parts during production using precision measuring tools Make basic tool wear and geometry offset adjustments Read and follow drawings and job travelers Maintain a clean and safe work environment Safely operate cranes and forklifts when required

Skills:

Basic knowledge of CNC machining processes Ability to read part drawings Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required 1 year CNC operator experience preferred
