CNC Milling Machine Operator Beverly, MA Are you a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? Our client is in search of a detail-oriented professional to join their team and help produce precision metal and plastic components. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality and safety, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities of the CNC Milling Machine Operator Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering specifications and blueprints. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to determine machine setup and tooling requirements. Load raw materials and monitor the machining process to ensure part accuracy and machine efficiency. Inspect finished products for quality assurance using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and part output. Collaborate with engineers, quality control, and other departments to resolve production challenges. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations. Requirements of the CNC Milling Machine Operator High School diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred. 1+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines (e.g., Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, etc.). Familiarity with G-code programming and editing. Experience using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM). Strong understanding of materials, machining tolerances, and surface finishes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and quality aptitude. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Compensation/Benefits for the CNC Milling Machine Operator 1 Shift 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Mon-Fri Pay Rate 21$ - 25$ #NRTramirez
