General Woodworking, Inc. is hiring a CNC Operator to join our team. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person who takes pride in producing quality work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently Load materials and run CNC programs according to job specifications Read and understand shop drawings, measurements, and work orders Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Make adjustments as needed to maintain proper dimensions and quality Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Work with other team members to meet production schedules Qualifications Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, or manufacturing is a plus Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic dimensions Strong attention to detail Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable working on your feet and handling materials throughout the shift Willingness to learn our equipment, processes, and quality standards What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, steady work

Pay:
$18•25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00am•3:30pm. Some Saturdays & overtime required.
Location:
