Atlantic Sintered, a leader in sintered metal gearing & structural components, is seeking skilled, hardworking CNC Operators to join our 2nd & 3rd Shift teams in Wrentham, MA. The starting rate for this position is $20.20 per hour plus a shift differential for working off shifts. The shift differentials are $1.00 for 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm) and $2.50 for 3rd Shift (10:45pm-7:15am). JOB DESCRIPTION

Operate CNC Machines to manufacture parts according to specifications. Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or deviations from specifications. Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and conformance to quality standards. Perform basic machine maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Experience with CNC Machines (Mill or Lathe). Strong understanding of machining process and technique. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
