Responsibilities Execute complex setups and operate CNC equipment to transform raw materials into finished parts based on engineering schematics. Proactively monitor machining cycles, performing real-time adjustments to maximize throughput and maintain tight tolerances. Validate component integrity by conducting thorough inspections against technical specifications to ensure zero-defect production. Document operational data and equipment maintenance logs to support long-term machine reliability and production traceability. Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose technical challenges and implement effective solutions for improved workflow. Champion a culture of safety by adhering to best practices and maintaining a pristine, efficient workstation. Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline production and elevate overall quality. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment. Advanced proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings. Demonstrated expertise in CNC programming, machine operation, and tooling selection. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision and quality assurance. Preferred Skills Technical certification in machining or a related mechanical field. Experience with multi-axis CNC machinery. Proven track record of participating in continuous improvement or 5S programs.
