Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be essential in producing high-precision aerospace and IGT components for power generation by operating, and adjusting machine tooling, fixtures, and programs. Your expertise in 3-5 axis machining processes and technical troubleshooting will play a key role in ensuring high-quality output and efficient production workflows.

Shift:

1st shift 7:00AM

• 3:30PM 2nd shift 3:00PM
• 11:30PM 3rd shift 11:00PM
• 7:30AM Duties Operate various machines (depending on department) including Hole Driller, CNC grind machine, Milling Machines, and more.

Machine part to process. Must be capable of using CNC machining centers, and CNC EDM machinery. Experience with running Campbell Grinders, ONA RAM EDM's, Beaumont & CHMER Speed Hole EDM units is a plus. To be proficient in the set-up, programming and inspection use of all aspects of the machines Must be capable of using inspection equipment such as surface plate, height gauges, indicators, micrometers, calipers, hole gauges. CMM experience is preferred. Perform preventative maintenance on machinery Ability to understand and complete inspection logs per Quality Management System (QMS) requirements Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machinery including 3-5 axis CNC milling machines, EDMs, CBN 5-axis grinding machines in a high-precision manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints and drawings accurately. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, shop math skills, and GD&T principles for quality control purposes. Basic reading, writing, and some advanced arithmetic skills required.
