The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating CNC lathes and be comfortable working in a production environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality parts. Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes safely and efficiently. Load and unload material and finished parts. Monitor machines during production and ensure parts are produced according to specifications. Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes as needed. Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Identify quality issues and report machine or production problems. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Work as part of a team to meet daily production requirements. Requirements Previous experience operating CNC machinery preferred. CNC lathe experience is preferred. Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus. Ability to read basic blueprints or technical drawings. Ability to use basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Good attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and production procedures. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and develop additional machining skills. Preferred Experience Experience operating CNC lathes. Experience with Mazak or similar CNC machines. Familiarity with basic G-code. Experience with tool changes, offsets, or basic machine setup.
