Located in Grand Haven, this manufacturing facility plays a key role in crafting critical engine components. They focus on precision, safety, and creating solid career paths for reliable workers. Each day, you'll set up machining jobs, adjust controls like feed rate and coolant flow, and use calipers and micrometers to make sure each part meets the print. You'll troubleshoot minor issues, maintain your equipment, and make smart calls to prevent safety or quality hiccups. You'll also follow 5S practices and pitch in on training or process improvements when needed. We offer this position (Advanced Operator):

Pay:

$20/hr or more based on experience

Shift:

1st shift (7am

• 3:30pm), 2nd shift (3pm
• 11:30pm), 3rd shift (11pm
• 7:30am) Weekly pay and opportunities for permanent hire based on attendance and performance A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.

Qualifications for this role include:
