Description We're looking for Advanced Operators in Grand Haven who are ready to run machines, handle tooling changes, and work with micrometers like pros. If you know your way around shop math ( yes, we're talking four decimal places) , this is your chance to jump into a role where your skills matter. No experience? No worries. Everyone starts in this position, and the training is built right in. Oh, and felony-friendly means more people get a second shot here. Located in Grand Haven, this manufacturing facility plays a key role in crafting critical engine components. They focus on precision, safety, and creating solid career paths for reliable workers. Each day, you'll set up machining jobs, adjust controls like feed rate and coolant flow, and use calipers and micrometers to make sure each part meets the print. You'll troubleshoot minor issues, maintain your equipment, and make smart calls to prevent safety or quality hiccups. You'll also follow 5S practices and pitch in on training or process improvements when needed. We offer this position (Advanced Operator):
Pay:
$20/hr or more based on experience
Shift:
1st shift (7am
  • 3:30pm), 2nd shift (3pm
  • 11:30pm), 3rd shift (11pm
  • 7:30am) Weekly pay and opportunities for permanent hire based on attendance and performance A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
Qualifications for this role include:
Must know basic shop math, including reading four decimal places Able to use micrometers and calipers accurately Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English High school diploma or GED required Willing to work in a hands-on environment and follow safety procedures If you're ready to work with a team that values precision and persistence, don't wait.
