In this role, you will operate and monitor Fadal CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components that meet strict specifications. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical troubleshooting will drive efficiency and quality in our production processes. We're looking for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment where every part counts! Duties Set up and operate Fadal CNC milling machines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documents to accurately produce parts Conduct precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and other measuring instruments to verify part accuracy Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot industrial equipment issues, and ensure safety standards are consistently met Handle materials and finished parts safely using forklifts or hand tools while maintaining proper warehouse procedures Collaborate with team members on fabrication, assembly, and quality control tasks to meet production goals Skills Strong knowledge of CNC machining operations, including CNC programming and CAM programming for milling machines Proficiency with Fadal controls and Fanuc or similar CNC systems Ability to read mechanical blueprints and interpret complex technical drawings accurately Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting and mechanical blueprint interpretation Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges for quality control Familiarity with shop math, GD&T principles, and basic factory safety standards in production environments Knowledge of fabrication processes including stamping presses, press brake machines, CNC lathes, and welding is a plus Capable of operating forklifts safely and efficiently within manufacturing settings Solid understanding of materials handling, packaging, assembly line procedures, and warehouse operations Strong mechanical knowledge combined with factory experience in manufacturing or machining environments Join us to elevate your career in manufacturing! Pay:
