The ideal candidate will have experience with operating CNC Machines and a strong understanding of machining processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment. As a CNC Operator you will be responsible for producing high-quality components while adhering to safety and quality standards.

CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications. Set up and adjust machine tools, including press brake machines, to ensure optimal performance. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Assemble components as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Empty scrap Deburr, heat bend and assemble parts as required Follow written instructions Precisely measure using a tape measure Perform quality checks Be able to stand for long periods of time Be able to use hand tools and power tools

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:

Highschool Diploma Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers is a plus. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
