What You'll Do As a CNC Operator, you will play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities include:
Operating CNC mills and lathes in a production setting Making basic machine adjustments, including feeds and speeds Performing tool changes and monitoring tool performance Troubleshooting machine alarms and minor production issues Reading and interpreting blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions Inspecting finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments Maintaining quality standards and meeting production goals What We're Looking For Qualified candidates will have: 6 months to 3 years of CNC operating experience, or completion of a machining trade school program Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes The ability to accurately use precision measuring equipment A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Manufacturing and machining experience preferred Preferred Equipment Experience Experience with any of the following equipment is a plus: Haas Mills and Turning Centers Mori Seiki Mills Kitamura Mills Fanuc RoboDrills Fanuc Controls Why Join This Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
