• Responsibilities
• + Operate CNC mills and lathes in a production environment + Make basic machine adjustments, including feed and speed changes + Perform tool changes and monitor tooling performance + Troubleshoot machine alarms and production issues + Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions + Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments + Ensure quality standards and production goals are consistently met •Qualifications•+ 6 months to 3 years of CNC operating experience •OR•completion of a machining trade school program + Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes + Ability to use precision measuring equipment accurately + Manufacturing or machining experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality •Preferred Equipment Experience•Experience with any of the following is a plus: + Haas Mills & Turning Centers + Mori Seiki Mills + Kitamura Mills + Fanuc RoboDrills and Fanuc Controls •Why Join Our Team?
