Job Description

Precise Products Corporation, an Employee Owned Precision Machining company has an open job opportunity in our CNC Turning Department. Competitive wages.
Summary of Duties:
Responsible to Set-up and Operate Mazak multi function Turning machines in a team environment with high precision parts. You will be machining a wide variety of materials (e.g. Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Nickel, etc). Ability to help troubleshoot issues with equipment and product. Strong skills in reading and comprehending blueprints, drawings, CAD models, and pre-written CNC programs and instructions. Additionally, to be successful in this role, one should have strong bench inspection skills and work well with others. Skills in setting up and operating manual mills and lathes along with a variety of general machine shop equipment. Use of hand and power tools. Additionally, use of necessary precision measuring instruments, fixtures and gages. May perform other duties as required.
You Must Have:
High school diploma or GED is required. Minimum of 5 years' experience machining complex parts and assemblies. Great attendance. Strong team and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand for long periods of time. Bend, Twist, Reach and Stoop often. Often lift up to 45 LBs, Occasionally Lift up to 65 LBs. Hearing protection recommended.
We Value:
5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated ability to work and excel in a team environment. Experience in the use of various measuring instruments to include micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, comparators, or other instruments. Demonstrated ability to work with limited guidance. Mazatrol programming and operation experience. Previous experience running lathes, mills, grinders, drills and other machining equipment. Experience, setting-up and operating CNC machinery in a production environment. Experience reading and interpreting drawings (GD&T), schematics, specifications and CAD files
