Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM Enjoy a 4-day work week every week No weekends Overtime available for those who want additional hours Why You'll Enjoy Working Here Modern, late-model CNC equipment Automated inspection equipment Clean, climate-controlled facility Small parts—no heavy lifting or oversized work Variety of materials and production runs keeps the work interesting Small team of fewer than 20 employees with very low turnover Consistent workload and long-term job stability Your contributions are recognized—you'll never be just another employee What You'll Do Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce quality parts Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Follow and help improve work instructions Complete required production documentation Work closely with teammates to continuously improve manufacturing processes and quality What We're Looking For CNC machining or CNC operator experience required Manufacturing experience required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to inspect your own work and maintain quality standards Experience with Haas controls is a plus If you're looking for a company that values craftsmanship, invests in its people, and offers a healthy work-life balance with a four-day schedule, we'd love to hear from you.
