Job Description

CNC Machinists 1 opening for 2nd shift position 4:15pm-3am Monday-Thursday 2-4 years CNC Mill Operator experience- We do not have CNC lathes in our shop.

Wages will be dependent on skill level and experience. We currently have
HAAS CNC
Machines.
  • Operate multiple machines to complete machining of parts to print
  • Perform in-process inspections and document results as required
  • Remove rust, burrs or sharp edges as required
  • Monitor and maintain clean and safe levels of fluid in machines
  • Perform daily machine and work area cleaning
  • Conduct proper machine startup and shutdowns
  • Install and change tooling as needed
  • Perform mechanical and CNC offsets and adjustments
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Perform basic CMM inspections as needed
  • Use gaging equipment and properly interpret results
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot processes as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints/prints and CNC programs Basic offset programming at machine
  • Perform intermediate level CMM inspections
  • Complete set-ups on machines within acceptable times
  • Continually evaluate processes for improvements
  • Adhere to all departmental and company procedures and policies
  • Practice and support current ISO procedures
