Brief Job Description:
Learn to manufacture springs and wire forms to customer specifications and support operations on the shop floor.
Duties:
1.
Machine setup and operation:
Setup and run mechanical and CNC spring machines. Read and understand drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Calculate dimensions and make machine adjustments. Identify, isolate, and resolve machine problems. Lubricate, clean, and maintain machines and workspace. 2.
Secondary Operations:
Bend, form, trim, grind, deburr, etc. unfinished parts. Load springs into and out of the heat-treating oven. Accurately measure parts using a variety of instruments. Inspect, measure, weight, count, and pack parts to be shipped. 3.
Shipping/Receiving:
Assemble, fill, and prepare containers for shipping. Palletize, band and label boxes of parts. Load and unload trucks. Weigh and store incoming material. The right person will live our core values every day. 1.

In this role, you will be vital to day-to-day operations. It is important to show up every day, ready to go and jump into jobs and carry out tasks as assigned. 2. Teamwork :
You will work with our shop and office teams very closely daily to make sure orders are completed accurately and on time, every day. Having a good attitude and willingness to help where needed is important to the team environment. 5.

Our customers depend on us, and we are vital to their operations. You will need to react to changing projects and duties as needed.
Primary Requirements:
High mechanical aptitude Ability to learn new skills. Willingness to help in all areas needed.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing, machine shop, or CNC experience is a plus but not required. Knowledge of basic measuring equipment High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to lift or carry minimum 40 lbs. Willingness to learn new skills and assist on projects, as necessary. Willingness to be trained and certified on forklift, also a plus but not required. Ability to work in a loud and busy production environment
Other Details:
A drug test will be required prior to hiring. Compensation to depend on experience. Ample training will be provided.
