Requirements Background check Drug test Overtime Job Summary Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high‑quality parts according to specifications. Prepare machines, monitor production, inspect finished components, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Load raw materials and parts Perform test runs and adjust machine settings Monitor machine operations for accuracy and efficiency Inspect finished components using precision measurement tools Perform routine maintenance and daily equipment checks Maintain job logs, routers, and documentation Keep work areas clean and organized Support team scheduling, training, and workflow as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Trade school certificate or diploma preferred Proven CNC machine operation experience Proficiency with calipers and precision measurement tools Ability to read technical documents and drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills High attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Work safely in a manufacturing environ
